You have to have sex with someone who does NOT have HIV virus.
If your husband or boyfriend is HIV positive and you want to get pregnant with him, then get advice from some HIV doctors.
I think there have been cases like this where medication is started immediately and the mother and the baby did not catch the virus. Someone else may know more.

DRINKING AND GOING TO CLUBS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GETTING HIV(AIDS), YOU CAN ONLY GET HIV FROM BLOOD TRANSFUSSIONS, UNPROTECTED SEX, BREASTFEEDING OR GIVING BLOWJOBS TO SOMEONE WHO IS HIV POSITIVE AND THEY CUM IN YOUR MOUTH AND YOU HAVE OPEN SORES OR ULCERS IN YOUR MOUTH).
