That one is difficult..... It really depends on the state you live in. My best advise to you is to document everything : dates, times, places, of any type of neglect or abuse!!!!! Don't forget, if you suspect that the child is in danger, you can go to your local Department of Social Services, and file a case with Child Protective Services. Best of luck.... :)
18-23 years, depending on the state.
no, your mother (or legal guardian) has to sue
As it relates to any estate, you would need to prove paternity.
The mother. The father have to prove paternity in court and petition for custody, visitation and can then also pay child support.
A child's biological father can have his name added to a child's birth certificate regardless of whether or not the mother agrees to it. If the biological father voluntarily relinquishes his parental rights and the child is legally adopted by another man, his name can be added to the birth certificate in place of the biological father.
I assume that you mean "from the biologicalfather". The father have every right to have you see his child when the child stays with him. The mother can do nothing about that unless she can prove you are unfit or dangerous to the child and then she will need a court order to keep you away.
Through the courts; you will have to prove you're not the father.
very hard first u have 2 prove your the father then prove your a better parent or she unfit (brittnay spears)
No but there will be proof when either you willingly take a DNA test to prove you are not the father or when the mother obtains a court order for a DNA test to prove that you are.
Yes if you want to have it changed you have to go to court and prove you are the father.
What exactly are you asking? If the mother is married the husband is automatically the father legally unless the biological father sign the birth certificate or prove paternity in court.
No he is then the father of the child but in order to get rights he has to go to court and prove paternity first in order to get visitation, custody and pay child support. If married to the mother when the child is born, he is automatically considered the father and have rights.
