The Quran specifically says: A- for no Muslim to marry a polytheist.
Then B-the Quran makes a specific exception to this rule for only male Muslims.
This is explained in C. as the gender of the term to identify a female Christian only.
A.
Sura Al Baqarah/2:221 "And do not marry the polytheist women until they believe. A believing slave woman is better that a polytheist woman, even though the latter may please you. And do not marry your womenfolk to disbelieving men until they believe. A believing slave is better that a polytheist even though the latter may please you . .
B.
in Sura Al Ma'ida (5:6) grants a concession: "This day all innately good things are lawful for you…Lawful to you are the chaste women from among those who have been given the Book before you. . . ." (i.e. Jews and Christians).
C.
The law specifically mentions muhsanaat -- chaste females (from the People of the Book); it did not say muhsaneen -- chaste males.
Answer 3Per religion, not allowed for a Muslim woman to get married with a Christian or other non-Muslim man. Answer 4Per Islam teachings and Qur'an rules, a Muslim woman can marry only a Muslim man while a Muslim man can marry a Muslim, a Christian, or a Jewish woman. The only licit way for a Christian man to marry a Muslim woman is to convert to Islam religion but not for marriage only but he should be convinced in Islam religion and its fundamentals. It is allowed in Islam for a Muslim man to marry a Christian or Jewish woman without either one converting own religion. If both are of the same nationality, the man can go to any mosque to ask for the one responsible of documenting the marriage per religion then he can certify the marriage according to the civilian law in the country. If they are of different nationalities, this certification can be done, per religion, through the embassy of the husband.
The Christian's Church would discourage such a marriage, but it can be permitted. The Muslim partner would not generally be required to convert, but the Christian partner must intend to raise his children from the marriage as Christians, and the Muslim bride must acknowledge that she understands this intention has been stated.
Muslims generally consider that a Muslim woman can not marry a Christian man, although instances do increasingly occur. In almost all cases, the Christian man goes through the motions of converting to Islam, even if this conversion is not sincere. He is then under an implicit obligation to raise the children from his marriage as Muslims. However, there is at least one imam in Britain, and another in South Africa, who are prepared to officiate over a marriage between a Christian man and a Muslim bride.
A neutral choice is a civil wedding, which is an increasingly popular choice even for marriages that are not interfaith. The couple can then make their own choice as to which religious tradition the children should be brought up in, without coercion from priest or imam. You should also remember that you are not alone, in spite of many Muslim men saying that Muslim girls never marry non-Muslims. The United Kingdom 2001 census identified:
There are simply no accommodations for such a religious union under the authority of Islam.

It is not clear what do you mean to like a Muslim girl without marriage. If you mean practicing sex with her (oral or intercourse sex), then you can't per religion. It strictly forbidden and is sinful to excercise any kind of sex (oral or intercourse sex) with any girl (Muslim or non Muslim) without licit marriage per religion. This depends on the facilities available in your country. In some countries, civil weddings are becoming increasingly popular. So, perhaps you could consider having a civil wedding, officiated by a civil celebrant or at a registry office. Just be aware that however legal this marriage will be, you may find that some religious leaders on either side may prefer not to recognise a civil marriage.
