Different sunflowers have different seed sizes. They can be from half a centimetre to 3/4th of an inch. I have yet to see one bigger or smaller.

They grow quite large in favorable places. Possibly 10 feet tall for the plant and 1 foot diameter for the flowers.

it looks like this there is a black part in the middle that calls the bud and there is a part that is yellow and it calls the petals
