since the economy is low and slow, citizens are to pay higher finances and having a higher risk at foreclosure. the government has only a few hundred thousand dollars left. that's why we citizens have to pay more. the Stock Market IS NOTabout to crash like the great depression, but we are a few steps above depression so let's not worry about that now.
