The Round Island Day geckos are suited to a hot and forest environment. This means that they have "sticky" feet for climbing trees and leaves. Like most lizards, they have evolved a tongue that can catch nearby insects. They also use their tongues for learning about their surroundings and grooming. These geckos also have camouflaged skin so that they are undetected on branches.

All day gecko species are diurnal and are an omnivorous species. These animals, as well as most geckos do not have "teeth" sor-to-say. They have very tiny fine teeth like things in their mouth resembling the small thorns of a thistle. The purpose is to hold onto items not necessarily sink into prey. Geckos will swallow the prey whole and do not require the grinding down of the flesh and bone.

How are round island day gecko teeth adapted to what they eat?

Geckos don't have teeth, they eat crickets and stuff like that for two main reasons: geckos aren't that big, epically as babies so insects and worms are the only thing they can eat, and to get the nutrients that they need, this is going back to the food chain the cricket gets the nutrients it needs by eating grass, then the lizard eats the cricket getting the grass and the cricket, which is eaten by the snake, which is eaten by the hawk, which is eaten by the coyote, which will mostly likely be killed by the human (hopefully not to be eaten by the human)
