WRONG!

Grains are NOT so important. We evolved not by eating grains, but by eating protein & fat. The carbs we did get came from fruits & veggies.

Ever tried to eat corn, rice or wheat straight from the field? No way. Grains have to be processed very heavily in order for our bodies to even begin to digest them.
