Looking at a fuse may not necessarily tells, if it is bad. There are many different types of fuses. Some you can see through and some you cannot see through physically. The ones you are able to see through are most times made of a GLASS STRUCTURE, which enable you to actually take a close look on the inside of that glass casing to see if there is a break in its connection link. This link or Bi-metal ( the links are called BI_METAL, FUSE ELEMENT, FUSE WIRE etc...) is act as a protection in the event there is a fault or problem in its circuit, to break easily. If your fuse is one that you cannot see through, then you must use an electrical meter to detect whether it's good or bad. Preferably measure fuse when it is taken out of its circuit.
It should tell you in the owners manual. It varies between cars. GoodluckJoe
most common failures fuel pumps or pump relay eec relay, crank or cam sensors if no crank bad starter or security disabled
Check/change the fuse associated with the blinkers.
Yes, it just depends on which fuse.
Clearly there is something wrong with the car besides a bad alternator fuse. Without more information I cannot hazard a guess. But you may want to check the charging system overall to see that it is working correctly. That will include the battery and alternator.
Look at it closely to see if it is blown. If you cannot tell by looking then check it with an ohm meter.
The first thing to check would be the fuse. You can find this by looking in the owners manual for your car. It should tell you where the fuse box is and which particular fuse is for the rear defrost. If that turns our to be the problem just replace the fuse, but if it blows again you most likely have bad wiring.
car will have a hard time starting, or more commonly will not start at all
can a fuel relay fuse make car not start? If the fuse or the relay is bad, yes.
In most cases, you can tell that your lifters are bad, in your car engine, by the ticking noise. A bad lifter will make a tapping sound.
things don't work is the obvious answer.
Remove the fuse and check it with a ohm meter. If you have no ohm meter then just replace it with a new fuse.
on the fuse panel it is fuse number 10 usually a 30amp fuse
If a fuse blows you probably have a short or the circuit is overloaded.
There is probably shorted wiring, or the fuse is blown. Depending on the model year and make, the fuse box can be located under the driver side dashboard, or under the hood. I suggest buying a $10 test light and testing all your fuses, that way u can tell if it bad wiring or a bad fuse. It could also be a broken fan belt
its in the engine fuse box on the drivers side . Looking in from the side of the car it is on the bottom right. fuse 64 10amp red.
Blown fuse? Bad relay? Bad switch? Bad fan motor?
