I am actually talking the Medical assisting program at US career institute. It is a pretty good program. I'm actually finishing up lesson 30 right now. My concern with taking this course is the hands on part because as an MA there is a lot you need to know during labs. The part that concerns me is you have to take some kind of clinicals to get the hand on experiences and im unsure if we have to find places to volunteer on our own or are they going to set it up for us. If you would like you can email me atJwpatience@Yahoo.com. If I could start over i would take it class because as an MA you need the handson experience and were not getting that. Such as doing phlembotomy.
Assisting doctors, triaging, starting IV's, taking BP pulseOx ect.

Hi! I am not sure which institute you are referring to. For Bengal Institute of Business Studies the admission program is just about to begin. This is an institute you can check out as it has managed to achieve fantastic placement last year.

It depends on where u go. If you go to a community college, you are looking at about 2k. If you go to a fancy tech school, you are looking at about 10k. I am starting with US CAREER INSTITUTE. THey are an online program and you are able to sit for 2 national certifications after the course. (CCMA) and (NCMA) The program through USCI is only $1,200 and you get a discount for paying in full. Hope this helps.
depends if you have any experience or not. if not then low, around 7 or 7.50. If you have any experience then a little higher but not much
Depending on experience (DOE) and place of employment, a starting salary for a phlebotomist in Florida can range between $26,000 - $29,500. The more experience you have, the higher the starting salary.
