A miscarriage at 1 month will probably pass itself, and you will barely notice it (whether you even knew you were pregnant when it happened is also unlikely). Were you diagnosed as pregnant? If you were in fact pregnant and now started you period again you "did" have a miscarriage. In the early stages of pregnancy a miscarriage is not always going to have any major symptioms. Discharging tissue could be something else if you weren't pregnant. I would see a doctor if you continue to have such discharge in the future.

You are not sure if you had a miscarriage last month you got a very heavy period and several negative pregnancy tests the next month you are 3 days late and have white discharge?
You need to go and have a checkup. That has to be done every time you think you have a miscarriage to make sure nothing ls left that can give you infections.
