just try to laugh it off, if you show people that it upset you, they will just make fun more and more. i know it was embarrassing for you but if you show it does not bother you it will soon blow over. good luck.
Doesnt this happen a lot anyway. I thought it was pretty normal to be naked when changing and showering. So nothing to worry about.
