If you are talking about Eragon's dragons name it is Saphira. If you are just talking about the dragons in the series it is Thorn, Gladier and I dont quite remember Galbatorix's dragon's name.

The dragons in Eragon are Saphira, Thorn, and Firnen. Saphira is the bonded dragon of the protagonist Eragon, while Thorn is the dragon of the main antagonist Galbatorix. Firnen is a dragon hatched later in the series, bonded with Arya.
