Yep. The bodies are virtually the same on all 1996-2000 model year Caravan, Voyager, and Town & Country models. The wheelbase on the Grand Caravan and Grand Voyager and most Town & Country vans are longer...but that only comes into play when talking about headliners and whatnot that involves going the length of the vehicle.

If it's the same type of transmission that came from/is going on the same engine, yes.
If there is sensor with wires going to it sticking out of the front of the pan, it has the level sensor.
Behind glove box take a 5/16 socket 2 screws real easy has 2plugs going n to it
