Not necessarily, but a better way to check is to see what they are. Wheat, flour, cane syrup or cane sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and other natural ingredients are healthy. However, if you see stuff listed like high fructose corn syrup, modified corn starch or any "modified" ingredient, or artificial flavoring or color, you know that cereal is not good for you at all and those ingredients can cause cancer, Diabetes, and obesity.
