It depends on what you mean, if you mean a Chinese unbranded device then the answer is yes as long as the hardware supports gaming.
For example some games runs on Flash and if it is installed then you can play games, also some games requires hardware such as the Dell Streak 7 tablet where the Tegra processor is needed for some games.
The best way is to install them on the device an try, they won't damage your device in anyway.
Well, I would say that depends over ROM itself using fake Android will be able to play Android games because what makes a game compatible is screen size and the hardware running Android means you have the hardware part to run the games. Anyway like other users have said over here I would advise you instead of getting things done over by using some unbranded Android ROMs (which I am sure you can get from Chinese brands) better would be to move ahead an do things over the correct way by installing it over to your Android device only.
PS: Bit of experimentation do sounds perfect if you decide to move forward with trying Chinese ROMs out do let us know if it works out for you.
no. as i have a 2.2 android phone, its very hard to find games for it. The 2.2 android will not be able to support that type of game
No, you can not play blackberry games on Andriod powered smartphone. Blackberry games are only allowed to play on blackberry phone, and none other phones. But there are many games on Android smartphones.
Android games require the Android system which is not available for the Mac. There are Android emulators but they are primarily for developers to create Android software on a Mac rather than an end user product.
No i cant
A person can find games to play on their phone while sitting in a cafe, if they have an android phone they can play games online. If they do not have an android phone there are still games installed on most cell phones.
Of course. There are tons of android games on Google Play, such as "Beetle and Eggs": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jha.beetle

From places such as the Google Play store and Android Appstore.
I have tried many different cricket games and I found the best to be the ICC Pro Cricket 2015. It was the official Android cricket game for the ICC Cricket WorldCup 2015. And it has the most realistic graphics, the gameplay is also good. The second cricket game that I like to play on my Android phone is the Brian Lara cricket 2007, which is not an Android game but a PSP game. It can be played on Android via the PPSSP emulator. It is the best cricketing experience on Android phone. Also, check out these cricket games for Android techpik.com/best-cricket-games-for-android/. They are fun to play
