I have experienced very bright and/or dark yellow urine after taking vitamins. Some vitamins are more likely to do this than others. I don't know if it's a nutritional thing or a food color thing. I don't know of any medical condition that would cause this if you are not on a vitamin that is doing it.
AnswerI do not know What your diet cosists of. In general yellow color of urine is of no cosequence. Sometimes coffee will cause the color change, Drink water as your only beverage for a few days then check the color.

∙ 13y agoNo, yellow urine is a sign of dehydration-drink more water. Also, your urine will be bright yellow if you take a vitamin B supplement (and I think some other medications will make it very dark or bright yellow, too).
