what shades of pink and green??? the complimentary color of green is red and pink is a red plus white, which is why pink and green go well together. they however do not share any of the primary colors on the color wheel. If you already have pink and green your best bet is a neutral such as brown, beige or black. or even white.

yes, because red and green are on opposite sides of the color wheel and therefor are appealing to the eye. other opposites: purple andyellow ; blue and orange.

I think a nice bright pink goes nicely with a medium forest green so yes I think they do go together.
