Does a narcissistic person believe that they are narcissistic?

Yes they do but they only see themselves and what they want. They do not see anything else. They feel nothing. If they are ugly, in the mirror they see themselves as good looking, their minds always lie as they lie to fool others around them.

They want all to see them as perfect. They do not ever see faults within themselves. Normal people will never ever understand these freaks. We can analyze them until we die and we will never get closure or understand them. The best we can do for our own health is to stay away from them and stop trying to figure them out. They are freaks of nature......

Generally no. Because their main focus is themselves, often narcissistic people won't think about how other people view them. Having this basic operation of putting ourself in other peoples shoes is an important way to self edit and improve. Without this skill, the person would never think about themselves as narcissistic.
