Yes they do but they only see themselves and what they want. They do not see anything else. They feel nothing. If they are ugly, in the mirror they see themselves as good looking, their minds always lie as they lie to fool others around them.
They want all to see them as perfect. They do not ever see faults within themselves. Normal people will never ever understand these freaks. We can analyze them until we die and we will never get closure or understand them. The best we can do for our own health is to stay away from them and stop trying to figure them out. Generally no. Because their main focus is themselves, often narcissistic people won't think about how other people view them. Having this basic operation of putting ourself in other peoples shoes is an important way to self edit and improve. Without this skill, the person would never think about themselves as narcissistic.

I don't think that anyone becomes one they just are that way from the beginning and there are celebrities who are narcissistic - lots of them I do believe. They are no different from anyone else.
All people are inherently narcissistic. In order to overcome this, we search for desirable things that we're willing to sacrifice ourselves for i.e. love, money, careers, etc. So, yes, a narcissistic person can love, just like any person can love.
This varies from person to person, but in general narcissists will take praise from whoever they can, which does not make narcissistic persons bad parents per se.
