No. Neptune does not have a solid surface, so it is not possible to land on it. It is what we call a gas giant.
EDIT: Well I think that if Uranus, which is also composed primarily of frozen gas and water, has a solid surface (which it does according to Thomas Arny, Stephen Schneider in their textbook Explorations: An Introduction to Astronomy), then Neptune probably does also. According to the previously mentioned text Neptune is difficult to study because it is so far from the sun but in 1989 Voyager 2 did make a flyby of it and took some pictures.
No, Jupiter is a gaseous planet, so it's not solid. I do believe we have rovers on Jupiter's moons though.
well he is correct, but it is not COMPLETELY made of Gas, we do believe there may be a solid ground beneath the storms, but when we sent a camera to see, it was destroyed in 15 seconds by the storms
no. Neptune is made entirely up of gas, making it one of the 4 gas giants.
No because Saturn is a gas planet and it wouldn't be able to land.
No. Nothing has landed on Pluto, nor are the currently plans to land anything on it. The New Horizons probe will fly by it in 2015, but it will not land
No. Jupiter is a gas giant, so it does not have a surface on which to land a rover.

Jupiter is the fifth planet from the Sun.Jupiter
No,, there have never been, nor will there ever be rovers on Jupiter. Jupiter is a gas planet. It has no surface on which to land. However, a rover might one day land on one of Jupiter's many moons.
