No, Jean Grey loves Scott Summers. She is undoubtly attrackted to Logan (hell, who isn't), but she doesn't love him. Phoenix.... Well I'll just choose not to go into that. But I think Jean knows Logan understands her/Phoenix in a way Scott can't. Uuh, I agree with whoever wrote above, watch the movies (again).

It depends on what version of comics you're reading. In the Exiles comics ther're in a different universe and that one is a Jean and Logan paring. There's also another one by Chris Claremont I think it's called X-men Forever, after Logan dies Jean admits that she loved him. In the originals Jean is in love with Scott.

As I recall, she never actually states that she loves him, therefore we're left to assume she just really really wants him.

Contrary to the above, Mystique is not all that in love with her fuzzy blue elf of a son. She never had a chance to know him very well and, seeing as they were on opposite sides of the fight for mutants, she found him a little annoying. Also, Mystiqe longed to have a daughter. After Graydon and Kurt both being boys she figured she'd adopt one instead.

She may have a great deal of motherly love for him - but that's not to say that if he gets in the way she wont hurt him.
