Probably not. Vice President Biden tried twice to run for president in the past, when he was still a senator, and in neither case did he get the nomination. It is doubtful that he will try again.

I think he has a resonable chance. At the CNN YouTube debate he left me with a positive impression. Of all the current democratic candidates, I think he has the best chance of winning the general election. But as we all know we don't always choice the best candidates. Many states are now talking about adding "None of the Above". What a sad situation! JL / Connecticut

Nobody knows what a man can do until he is tested. Biden has a lot of experience as a senator. He has had some severe health problems and he was accused of claiming he wrote a speech that somebody had given earlier. As for his political stance, he seems to be a typical career politician - more interested in being elected than doing what is good for the country. If Obama is re-elected, Biden will have his chance in 2016 to pursue the presidency and see what he can do if he is interested .
