Yes. Good deeds get you a stay in heaven and bad deeds make you suffer in hell in proportion to the magnitude of the deeds before you are sent back in a rebirth to do better. A soul with no bad deeds remaining in his/her account is taken out of circulation and goes to God.

Yes. They believe that if you do many good things in life, they will reincarnate higher up the society ladder. However, if you do many bad things, you will drop down the ladder. If you end up with an equal balance, you will not change status.

Karma means all the things we do and perform. In Hindu it is to be believed that god gives wright our destiny according to our karma (work) we have done in our past life or even in past of same birth

Karma is the Action or Deed what any human being does and Hinduism says that one should believe in Karma, not run away from it and do it without any expectation for rewards whatsoever. The effect or earning of each Action or Deed- good or bad, you are bound to get in life and as such one should always do good deeds to be safe from any sufferings, misery or penance

Basically it means if you do good, good will be done ontoyou and vice versa. Moreover, they cremate bodies of the dead so that their karma will release ffrom the body with their soul and allow them to go on.
