My theory is that Elena will get turned into a vampire and she will remember what Damon told her when he brought her vervain necklace back when he told her he loves her and later on i think she realizes she loves him too along with Stefan but that's just my theory :)

and she did meaning she fell for stefan at a time then when damon was the bad guy she fell for him also.
