depending on what toon you planning to summon. If you planning to summon a monster like toon summoned skull or blue eyes toon dragon, then you will have to tribute to summon them while toon world is in play. Otherwise, if you summoning Toon Gemini Elf for example, you don't have to tribute.

Do you have to tribute for toon monsters?

If a Toon Monster is Level 5 or above, then you must Tribute the appropriate number of monsters (as you would with a Tribute Summon) to Special Summon them onto the field. It is not considered a Tribute Summon, however, so therefore you could use Tokens such as the Sheep Tokens from Scapegoat. Keep in mind that Toon World must be present on the field. For example, you have four Sheep Tokens from a Scapegoatyou activated the previous turn, and one Toon World active on the field. You also have one Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon in your Hand. You can Special Summon it by Tributing two Sheep Tokens because it is a Level 8 Toon Monster.

Does Blues-Eyes Toon Dragon suck?

No, "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" (BETD) does not suck. In fact, this 3000 ATK monster can be Special Summomed by tributing tokens that are easy to summon and can attack your opponent directly. However, it does require "Toon World" to exist, it cannot attack the turn it was summoned, and sometimes it's difficult to get the two monsters to tribute.

Can 'Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon' be summoned using 'Flute of Summoning Dragon'?

While Toon Blue-Eyes is a special summon only monster, is it different in that it has no specific summoning method, ie, you 'can' use the one on the card, but that's not a 'can only' like, say, Chaos Sorcerer. So Toon monsters like Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon can be special summoned with cards like Monster Reborn and Flute of Summoning Dragon, but only if Toon World is active.

How do you create a sellbot building on toontown?

Here are the steps (but you MUST defeat all the cogs so the cog gallery turns fully orange!): 1. defeat the CJ to get a cog summon 2. open your book 3. go to cog gallery 4. then you should see a circle next to the cog 5. click the circle 6. then you have a choice of... summon cog, summon invasion or summon building. 7. click summon building for a building (but you need to be in a street and you must be in front of a toon building) 8. then you should hear the cog building coming down on top of it, and your done!

What are the weakness to the toon deck?

Toon Decks have a heavy reliance on the Continuous Spell Card Toon World. The Deck shatters if it is removed from the field. Another major problem concerning Toon World would be its massive Life Point costs. A noticeable disadvantage in most Toon Monsters would be its effect that restricts it from immediately attacking the turn it is Summoned (excluding Toon Dark Magician Girl). For more information and weaknesses about Toon Decks, click on the "Related Link" below. If you have any questions then go to you tube and type in "yugioh" and it will show a scene showing Pegasus dueling Kaiba. Once you watch that you shall understand.

Do you need to tribute for special summons?

You only need tribute for a special summon if the summoning text specifically says you do, ie, Toon Monsters.

If you summon a toon monster with 7 stars does it need tributes?

Yes. To Special Summon a Level 7 Toon Monster, you must Tribute any two monsters on your side of the field. For Levels 5-6, you must Tribute one. For Levels 7 and above, you must Tribute two. High Level Toon Monsters follow the same guidelines as Tribute Summons. Note that it is considered a Special Summon, not a Tribute Summon.

What is a good strategy in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Now like the other guy said you can have your own strategy its cool. But my strategy is this its a beginer strategy that can be used by aaaaany one if oyu have the following cards.Toon world, Blue Eyes Toon Dragon X2 if necesarry or a lower level toon monster. Andddd Heavy storm and some tributes. With this you can summon toon world and then tribute to summon a blue eyes toon i summon both of mineand then smack down.. heavy storm :3 which destroys toon world activating blue eyes toon dragons effect.. and i quote " This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target."And if im right that means you attack the opponent directly whiping his life points if it is a 4000 duel and if not a 4000 duel you will need more toons and MAKE SURE And i cannot fret this enough.. MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT HAVE TOON MONSTERS OR YOUR SCREWED THE EFFECT WONT WORK AND THEY COULD DESTROY YOUR TOON MONSTERS!!!Sincerrely,Sykon20

Can all Toon monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh attack directly?

There are two different "kinds" of Toon monsters that behave slightly differently. The newer Toon monsters state the following:While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon Monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. So as long as you control "Toon World", a Toon monster can attack your opponent directly even if they control monsters. However, the older Toon monsters and "Manga Ryu-Ran" state:This card can only be Special Summoned while you control "Toon World". ...When "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy this card. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If your opponent controls a face-up Toon Monster, you must select it as an attack target.Unlike the newer Toon monsters, these monsters can attack directly even if "Toon World" is not on the field. This is because if "Toon World" is removed from the field other than by being destroyed (returned to your hand, returned to your deck, etc.), your Toon monsters will not be destroyed as well. And since there is no requirement for "Toon World" to be activate so they can direct attack, they can do just that.

In Yu-Gi-Oh what does tribute summon mean?

No, because Tribute Summon is treated as a Normal Summon. Monsters that require tribute for a special summon (Toon monsters, Destiny Hero Plasma) are still Special Summons, not Tribute Summons.

Is a tuner an effect monster?

Simply being a Tuner does not make a monster into an effect monster - it is not specifically an effect monster subtype, unlike Spirit or Toon. There are effect monsters who are Tuners, but there are also Normal Monsters with the Tuner subtype too, these are in no way counted as effect monsters.

Can you inflict damage to a players life points with a normal monster if the opponent has a toon monster Or does the player need to either remove toon world first or destroy the toon monster?

Toon Monsters can attack directly if the opponent has no Toons, but if he does have one, the turn player's Toon must attack it (if he attacks at all, that is). No other part of the show's Toon rules are applied. The Toon controller's life points are not protected in any way. A player's non-Toon may freely attack the other player's Toons or non-Toons, and damage calculation will proceed as normal. If the Toon Monster is too strong, then you will need to destroy it with an effect first. A monster that can attack directly, can do so even if the other player has a Toon monster. Toon Monsters do not interact in any way with direct damage, so cannot stop burn damage from cards like Chain Burn.

How can Toon World leave your field without your Toon monsters being destroyed in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Toon monsters will destroy themselves if Toon World is destroyed too. Because Toon World must be destroyed, if it leaves the field in any other way, ie, returned to hand through Giant Trunade, then the toons will remain on the field.

Can you set a toon monster when you don't have toon world?

Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon, Toon Mermaid, Toon Summoned Skull, Toon Dark Magician Girl and Manga Ryu-Ran cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. They can only be Special Summoned when Toon World is active - and this is face-up by default. So really, they cannot be Set at all, whether Toon World is active or not. Toon Gemini Elf, Masked Sorceror, Goblin Attack Force and Toon Cannon Soldier do not need Toon World on the field, nor are they special summon only, so they can be summoned or set without it being there.
