∙ 13y agoIn most cases, yes. In some cases, if the divorce is uncontested, and the petitioner can show indigence (inability to pay costs), then the court may waive fees. Inability to pay can only be approved by the court.

∙ 13y agoYes, the court will grant her a divorce no matter what you say. Hide as much money as you can or you will lose it!! Try to lose your job so she'll have to pay you alimony instead of the other way around. Seriously, otherwise they will steal half of what you will earn in the future.
