Everyone is different and there is no straight answer.
Many need to be cuddled after to feel loved and for you to show them you care for them and are happy with what has happened between you.
Without this some can feel abused and sad, feel like you only used them for your own pleasure.
It's never a good thing to go to sleep or walk away just after sex like too many men do.
Some women will be need that and other won't.
If it's a partner who you have known for a while it will feel natural to cuddle her after you make love.
