As Eurostar is going from London to Paris, I suppose one can say that it is used in France...
The Eurostar train is based on the French TGV high-speed train, but adapted to work in Britain and Belgium as well as France. More trains were built than are currently needed, and some are used on French internal services. I have been on one from Lille to Paris. It was painted in SNCF colours, but it was clearly a different model to the normal TGV's.
