No. While there are Christian Turks who celebrate Easter, most Turks are Muslim or Agnostic and there is no holiday celebrated on Easter Monday.

Easter can be celebrated anywhere. It is the same with other holidays(except in some you would have to keep the party secret because that country may disagree with the religon issues....)
