For the illegal immigrants: They come to the USA to do all the crappy work Americans don't want so they can send home money to their families so they wont starve and have a roof over their heads. The USA would come to a halt if it wasn't for them working 5 jobs a day and never see their families. So no, I'm sure the history doesn't concern them much since many of them get only 4-5 hours a sleep a night because they work all the time. They have no rights just duties and responsibilities so to ask them to study is too much.
