I believe the only circumstances for which a hospital or ER would call the police is:
Your current/past medical history should still be private under HIPAA-- unless there's reason for the police to be involved. I'm just thinking out loud-- Can you imagine if hospitals had to call the police everytime a person was high on weed or publicly intoxicated in the ER--- they'd be on the phone all day!
Anytime you go to the emergancy room for an accident, or when you have a baby in your tummy =0)
Yes, it is very likely if you have a messed up doctor, then yeah!
yes
ADDED: When diagnosing and treating you they MUST know if there may be any drug or medication interactions which could prove harmful or fatal to the patient.
It is possible that the emergency room clinician will order drug testing. Not every blood test in the emergency room looks for illegal drugs. Most do not.
No they can not.
no
Don't do drugs!
depending on what what kind of test std go to you doctor
drugs drugs
If your DOCTOR is testing you for prescription drugs he could look for anything. He could look for penicillin if he wanted to.
If taken prescribed by a doctor im almost positive it will show up ina test, but if given by a doctor for a real purpose(Not taken illegally) you should be fine!
Why would u take drugs anyway when you are pregnant you silly woman
Not all drugs tests test for everything. The best way to pass a drug test though is not to do drugs.
Some drugs are bad for everyone. Other drugs may be bad for some but not everyone. Therefore you should only take the drugs that your doctor prescribes.
Sell drugs illegally.
Only if you obtained the drugs illegally. If you have a prescription for them it is technically legal unless you can be proven to have "doctor shopped" and gotten scrips from different doctors.
