If you mean a disinfectant like, say, a Lysol spray or Clorox disinfecting wipes, no, it will not give an Android phone a virus. However, I wouldn't recommending using either to clean it...they are too harsh to be used. Use a microfiber cloth, cotton swabs, screen cleaner wipes, conservative amount of rubbing alcohol to clean your phone properly.
Go to a home depot or something like that they usually have something there where you can dispose of Lysol
The perfume that smells like baby wipes is Park Avenue. It really smells like baby wipes and it has a gentle smell that babies love so they don't cry and do not fear it.

Unless it is a fine material, like silk or rayon, you should be okay. It's really better not to wear Lysol though. If you can, it is better to just wash the garment.
Lysosomes are responsible for cleaning out the cell..getting rid of waste and whatnot. Here's a trick I learned when I was younger: Lysosome kind of looks like Lysol, and Lysol is a cleaning product. Lysosomes clean the cell :)
