Yes they will help straighten your teeth without having braces on the bottom. I have had braces before and I didnt have them on my bottom and my teeth straightend out quickly.

There are very few cases where the Orthodontist would only put braces on the bottom teeth and not both. Most of the time they require the patient to wear them on the top and the bottom because it is better for alignment versus only moving the teeth on the bottom. However, if you have the right alignment without braces on the top, then the Orthodontist will only recommend braces for the bottom teeth.

Then you can choose your color for your braces 1 time every month. But if you put your braces like when you are 17 it hurts more so I recommend you to do your braces as soon as possibleI took out my braces already. =]
