Because when getting married you make a mutual agreement. In arranged marriage if one does not agree to be married, one is forced. This makes the marriage a unhealthy one.
How the marriage will be in life depends on two people. To make the marriage life better, it is necessary for both of them to understand each other. Love marriage and Arrange marriage both are better.

As it may have been set by the customs of the tribe and in order for her parents, particularly the father to save face. Like the merging of two companies might make it stronger.

Some Christian's do some don't. At the end of the day Christian's that grow up in cultures where arrange marriage is popular are likely to agree with it. While Christian's who grow up in the west are likely to reject it. There is no biblical verse in favor or against it. So it all comes down to personal choice.
No I don't
Yes they are allot less fragile...because you marry out of certain expectations and obligation, so it is allot more difficult to get divorce since it's a marriage that is set up through family. Plus when you get into an arranged marriage you have a basic understanding of why you got married...it wasn't done out of foolishness of an emotion that can die out at any given moment. Therefore you have a more realistic outlook of your marriage which makes the foundation even stronger. Carefully arranged marriages have conditions that both parties have to agree on. Nothing is necessarily hidden and everyone knows what role they play in their relationship. It's practical and fair...atleast in my opinion.
