Relax. There are no connections between the earthquake in Haiti, the Swine Flu, and the balloon boy.
They are not some signs of any kind of great doom. The earthquake is a natural disaster that is only caused by the forces of nature. The Balloon Boy Hoax was a parental disaster (the boy's parents planned it as a hoax and the child was never in the balloon) and they may go to jail for doing it. The swine flu is one of countless viruses that circulate among humans and have since the beginning of time.
The "end of days" that people are linking to the 2012 date is based on legend and folk tales. Don't be scared. People have incorrectly predicted the "end of the world" for hundreds of years, there's nothing to make me believe they finally have it right now for 2012.
