No. That is a misunderstanding that one sometimes encounters. What the Nazis did was try to kill (exterminate, wipe out) all views within the areas that they controlled. That is mass murder (genocide), not war.

The Nazi Political Party almost universally advocated strong Anti-Semitism (Jew-hatred) when Hitler took the lead of this organization. The only (few) Nazis who did not hate Jews were those Nazis who had left Germany before Hitler joined the party, but had not rescinded their membership (such as John Rabe in China).

If the term "Nazi" is in reference to the common German citizens and Wehrmacht (the German Army), most were prejudiced against Jews, but would not have necessarily advocated for their slaughter. Also a small minority of German citizens sacrificed everything to save Jews.

Some Nazis had Jewish blood only a generation or two back, yes. Hitler had Borman check into his own lineage early in the Third Reich. Borman reported back that there was a one-in-four chance that Hitler had a Jewish grandparent.

Yes, many Jews are known to collaborate with the Nazis, such as in his army. There weren't any Jewish SS guards, as they were all of the pure Aryan blood race.

Not 'many Jews'. Most of the claims that Jews fought in the German army in World War 2 are based on the book by (Bryan) Mark Rigg Hitler's Jewish Soldiers ... published in 2002. The book has been severely criticized for sensationalism. For a start, the title is misleading: the men Rigg writes about were almost entirely half or quarter Jews.

How did the conflict between the Jews and the Nazis begin and why?

There was no conflict, no war between the Jews and the Germans. If anything, many Jews were inclined to be pro-German. There was a completely unprovoked onslaught by the Nazis against the Jews, mainly because the Nazis regarded Jews as Communists - and Nazism saw the eradication of Communism at its key 'mission'.

How did Israel react during the Nazis time?

There was no Israel during Hitler's Regime.Palestinian Jews formed an armed core to attack Nazis in Europe and the Middle East. As Ben-Gurion said: "We will attack the British Occupation in Palestine as if there were no war in Europe and we will fight the Nazis in Europe alongside the British as if there were no war in Palestine."

When did the Nazis start to persecute the Jews?

This question is odd. It is formulated in a way that suggests there was an actual war between 'the Jews' and the Nazis. There was the Holocaust, in which the Nazis murdered about 6 million harmless and defenceless Jews. That began in late 1941/early 1942. The idea that there was an actual war between Jews and Nazis is false.
