no, i don"t think so, but maybe(unless you count coming back as a human again). see, we belive in sachkhand, heaven and hell. If you are in sachkhand, you will never be sent back as a human or reptile or anything like that. same with heaven, only you can get sent back(as a human). As for hell, i think you know the answer.
