To conjugate to kill with the tense of did, it is simply kill, not killed. If you want to say killed you will have to us HAS not did, thought that wouldn't be a very good question since everyone he was going to kill he already has, having been dead over 2000 years and all. On a only slightly related note there have been no people of note with the name of Alexandar, so it would be quite hard to determine that, but I think we can relatively safely assume no, if he killed anyone by that unheard of name.

If it helps I can also tell you if you did three seconds of research you would know that Alexander the great died of health complications not at the hands of an enemy.
