Could you help urgent your Akita got into fight with pitbull and your dog took pitbull in his mouth and shook him pit has 3 big wounds on his body but none on the neck or head will pit be OK?

Please help me ! I was walking my Akita, and pitbull came. They got into fight, and Akita took him and shook him hard. He has 3 big wounds, but he is not constantly bleeding. Wounds are on the side of the body and not on the head or the neck. It lasted for around 20 seconds... Please tell me what your opinion is, will pit be ok ?!
