∙ 10y agoChronic microangiopapthic disease is when you have problems with tiny blood vessels. This disease is common with age the tiny vessels get stiff, crackly and sometimes they get blocked. Which can cause the vessel not to get enough blood and some of the white matter gets damaged and leads to a brain shrinkage.
