If a woman gets her tubes tied (tubal ligation) she will not be able to get pregnant, but she will still menstruate (have her period). In a tubal ligation the fallopian tubes trhat carry the egg from the ovary to the uterus are cut, but the ovaries themselves aren't removed. Since the ovaries are still producing hormones, the walls of the uterus will continue to cycle through its changes, and a period will occur.
Periods will stop at menopause. Getting your tubes tied won't stop your period.

If you really had your tubes tied(requires surgery) then it is very improbable that you would get pregnant.
No. Tubal ligations do not affect your periods. though some women find their periods get heavier. Tubes dont really become undone. usually they are cut tied or burnt (or all!) or clamped.
can you take clomid while your tubes tied
Tubes clipped - Fallopian tubes are clipped and it is reversible. Tubes cauterized (burned) - Tubes are burned (not reversible). Tubes tied - Doctors don't do this procedure that often, but it is what it is, your fallopian tubes are tied. (reversible but with difficulty and lower success rate)

A hysterectomy removes the womb where the blood gathers. So after a hysterectomy you get no more periods. But if you have had your tubes tied (tubal ligation) then you will continue to have periods.

Getting an IUD is not common if your tubes are tied.
Though very, very unlikely, you could in fact get pregnant even if your tubes are tied. The 2 periods in one month problem needs to be addressed by your physician if it continues next month.
Yes, it causes very much pain in the vaginal area, and probably will have chronic pain on and near the vagina for about a week after.
