Absolutely, it poses no harm as long as the baby has an adequate supply. I tried it once just to taste it and it is very sweet and tasted like sugar water to me. It is extra rich and full of factors to help the baby fight of any diseases. Therefore it is important that the body is allowed to produce this first milk naturally - I suspect that if the husband is suckling this may inter fear with the production of this first milk.
