Do you mean that if your are all ready divorced that your spouse charges you with adultery? Once the divorce is final, it is done. He/she can say anything about why you got divorced including that you had an affair while married, but that doesn't make it true. Many people do that as an excuse for getting the divorce and not taking any blame for the divorce.
