I just got my flu shot 2 days ago and I have a round red welt on my arm where they injected the shot. If I touch it, it feels like a severe bruise. On top of that, my arm aches pretty bad from my shoulder down to my elbow, like a sharp shooting pain. From everything I have read on it, I assume it is normal. If it doesn't stop within the next week, I'll call my doctor for advise.

Yes but it is not a frequent result of the injections. If it lasts more than a few days, you may want to consult your health care professional to be sure it is related to the lymph gland involvement in the immune response to the vaccination and not something else.

I just got the flu shot... and mine are VERY sore. I doubt this happens to everyone that gets a flu shot, though.

Lower body muscles in free throw shot?

Lower body muscles are important in the free throw shot. Essentially, a perfect free throw shot is dependent on the timing of the shot. The lower body muscles should be used to generate a good deal of the power; this power can be harnessed to its fullest at the perfect timing. The lower body muscles also provide stability during the shot. If you do not bend your knees when you shoot the ball, the ball moves more erratically.
