When applying for our K1 Fiancee VISA we were told it would take around 8-10 months for approval. We decided to move my fiancee to Mexico to study Spanish and English on a student VISA for 6 months. This way, she would be closer for me to get to and on the same time zone for communications. After we got her moved and her lessons started we received a letter saying she was approved and that she needs to prepare some documents (just applications and other paperwork that she needs to have with her for the appointment). After we prepare those documents we can call for her appointment in her country.
My fiancee is a Ukraine citizen and her appointment is supposed to be in Kiev. It will cost us around $5,000 in travel expenses to get her back to Ukraine and then back to America after her approval. I was wondering if her case could be reviewed at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico instead.
Thanks for your help...
When you go for the US embassy interview you will be given an interview only after you have passed your interview.
There are many times of questions that could be asked in a Visa interview by the German embassy. Most of these questions will ask about work, residency, and citizenship.
You will now qualify for the Nonimmigrant visa for spouse (K-3) issued at the embassy
Just be truthful with the Embassy staff. If you lie, they can find out and it can hurt your chances of coming to the US.

Yes, the K1 visa is used when your fiancee is in another country. It takes months, but if approved, your fiancee would pick up the visa at a U.S. embassy/consulate
Immigrant visa petitions are processed at the National Visa Center by invoicing one for the visa application fees. One then waits until they are called for an interview with a consular officer at a US embassy.
Go to the embassy in Pakistan and request an interview and tell them you want to visit Italy for travel and why.
Washington? As in the state of Washington? For that you don't need a Washington visa but a U.S visa, any state requires a U.S visa, and to get that you need to go to the embassy and obtain one. Call your local U.S embassy and get an interview set up. Don't forget to ask what documents you need to bring with you.
