You cannot withdraw your PF if you transfer to another company. You can only withdraw your PF if you are unemployed and it has been at least 2 months since your last withdrawal.

If you are no longer employed with the company that deducted the PF amount, you can visit them and submit a written request for PF withdrawal. If the company says that they would be unable to help with this, you can visit your nearest PF office and provide proof of employment with your previous employer and also proof that PF was debited from your salary and check if they can help. Note: The PF office is the authority that manages the PF amounts debited by all employers. So they should be able to help you.
