Quoting the 1999 Sebring (convertible) manual, "The intake air temperature sensor threads into the intake manifold plenum". "Removal-1. Disconnect electrical connector from sensor. 2-Remove sensor". The Convertible is a different engine from the coupe, so the answer is probably different for a hardtop. The MAP sensor and the Intake Air sensor are nearly next to each other.
