Yes have had to take them together. Just let your doctor or if you go to a methadone clinic let someone there know, because sometimes pheneragan can show up a benzos on a drug test. I am on methadone and several years ago I had food poisoning and my doctor gave me pheneragan with my methadone so I wouldn't throw my dose up.

You can, but doctors prefer that you counter the sickness from methotrexate with folic acid. Phenergan is known for increasing the fatigue that goes along with the methotrexate. They usually prescribe folic acid and methotrexate side by side for that very reason. If you are still feeling pretty sick, call your doctor. They may want to increase your folic acid. Folic acid also doubles up to prevent other methotrexate side effects, such as mouth sores.

Yes You can it, will help reduce the nausea that comes with opiates and possibly potentiate the drowsy side effect of opiates produce more of a "nod".
