It is dangerous to take morphine, zanax, and prozac together because prozac is an SSRI, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, which means that it is used to treat clinical depression. This, combined with morphine, a pain-killer, and zanax, which is used to treat anxiety or panic, would result in a mixture of drugs that affect large areas of the body in different ways, overloading the nervous system.

It depends on the dosage and your body's tolerance to the drugs. It can also depend on the manner in which you take them. If you don't regularly take these drugs, be extremely careful. Just about every overdose you hear about today is caused by a mixture of opiates (morphine) and benzodiazepines (xanax). If you've been prescribed to these drugs, talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your concerns. I'm assuming that's not the case, because you probably would have already done so if it were. All I can say is, please be careful. I used to be addicted to these drugs and have lost quite a few close friends due to overdoses, because of these two drugs being mixed together. The mixing of these two drugs, specifically, brings about a euphoric high that is often times deadly. Just be aware and be careful.
