It is usually not recommended to take Ketrolac and ibuprofen togather, but in adverse cases such as laproscopy pain, and pain with bone surgery. It is administered with strict medical supervision. The stomach should not be empty as this combination usually causes severe stomach upset.

Ibuprofen is itself enough or ketrolac alone can be given in cases of mild pains depending on the pros and cons.

Absolutely. Keflex (cephalexin) has been prescribed for decades, and has never shown an ability to interact with ibuprofen.
