Several products contain both, so it would seem safe to assume "yes". The caution lies in being careful not to mix combination medications which may each contain the same or similar medications, leading to the risk of overdose. Always read your labels carefully, and if you have any question whatsoever, so not hesitate to ask your doctor or licensed pharmacist.
Examples:
Theraflu® Cold & Cough (containing Dextromethorphan, Pheniramine, Phenylephrine) Zotex® (containing Dextromethorphan, Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine)
Zicam® Cough Plus D (containing Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine)
According to riteaid pharmacy you can take both of these together.

The Acetaminophen is fine with Escitalopram (Lexapro) Phenylephrine is safe to take with Lexapro, however it can cause anxiety. If you have anxiety along with your depression, Phenylephrine will exacerbate this. Dextromethorphan with Lexapro can, rarely, cause hallucinations. Take Dextromethorphan with caution and in the least effective dose.
There are no known drug interactions between guaifenisin, dextromethorphan, and the birth control pill.
Yes, This is because none of the active ingredients overlap
Virtually all Over-The-Counter cough medicine contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide (HBr). The Delsym brand contains dextromethorphan polystyrex, which is a more gradual release form. Check the ACTIVE INGREDIENTS list on the box. Some contain acetaminophen (Tylenol), guaifenesin(sp?) (Mucinex), and/or phenylephrine hydrochloride as well as dextromethorphan. However it shouldn't be hard to find cough medicine only containing dextromethorphan HBr as an active ingredient. The most common form I see is as a thin (liquidy) syrup, thick syrup, melt tabs (off-brand at Walmart), and as caplets (Robitussin only). Typically it's 15mg per 5ml, or 354mg per standard 4oz (118ml) bottle.
can i take amoxicillin with hydroxychloroquine
Yes, you can take both. Amoxicillin is an Antibiotic.
what happens if i take amoxicillin and dont need it
Can a transplant patient take Amoxicillin
For this you need the atomic (molecular) mass of HBr. Take the number of grams and divide it by the atomic mass. Multiply by one mole for units to cancel. HBr= 81.0 grams186 grams HBr / (81.0 grams) =2.30 moles HBr
You could, but it might make you sick.
